Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Domestic shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location relative to Atlanta.
Can I return or exchange my running apparel?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that event-specific finisher shirts are final sale.
Do members receive a discount on merchandise?
Active Atlanta Track Club members receive a 10% discount on all full-priced apparel and accessories when logged into their account.
How do I determine the right size for my running shoes?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. We recommend sizing up a half-size from your casual shoes to account for foot swelling during long runs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I pick up my online order at a local event?
Currently, online store orders are shipped directly to your home. In-person pickup is only available for specific race bibs and pre-ordered event premiums as noted during registration.
